Flavian – A dynasty of Roman Emperors from 69 to 96 including Vespasian and his sons Titus and Domitian.
Dynasty – A sequence of powerful leaders in the same family.
Precedent – An act in which a decision is decided upon a previous similar situation. For example someone who stole a goat should be punished based around the punishment the person received for stealing a lamb.
Arbitrary - Established by a court of judge rather than by a specific law.
Statutory – Of or related to a statue.
